Delneri: “We didn’t give our best”

The blackandwhite coach analyzed the defeat in Empoli

This is the third consecutive for Udinese, maybe the most unexpected. The coach analyzed the match to Udinese TV: “I think this is the first time we all played badly, we win and lose together. The match could have ended in a draw (0-0), both the teams played badly. Today we didn’t give our best. It’s a shame because we could have won. We knew the difficulties of the match, we weren’t on the attack very often, the team wasn’t very determined and aggressive. This is a very difficult period, we don’t want it to continue, so we must change. We hope to feel better next week, we must give our best, otherwise this bad situation won’t change. This match makes us angry unlike the two other defeats. Our supporters know we always give our best, we must recover our strength and pay more attention, the matches don’t end until the referee’s whistle”
