After the river of people dedicated to him, Zico sent a letter of thanks from Brazil in order to show to supporters, Udinese and the Arthur Zico Orsaria Club how he was moved returning in Friuli.
Here what he wrote:
Thanks to all of you who showed us love; in four days, you truly overwhelmed us with an unforgettable joy. Thanks to all of you but in particular to “Paron” Pozzo and his staff who hosted us and celebrated our arrival at the stadium and thanks to all the children, grandparents and parents who demonstrated their love in all the possible ways. A particular “thank you” to my Orsaria fan club, which made possible all this and made us feeling at home, as always. These have been wonderful and busy days and we will not forget them.
