The building of Friuli stadium began in 1971 and the project was developed by the famous engineer Giuliano Parmegiani and the architect Lorenzo Giacomuzzi Moore. The stadim official opening was on 26 September 1976 on the occasion of the Udinese - Seregno match. Friuli Stadium replaces the glorious Moretti stadium home to Udinese games for many years. Friuli stadium was then restructured for Italia '90 World Championship, and on that occasion it hosted three games. The Stadium has a capacity of 41.652 seats, now reduced to 30.667 seats.
According to the so called Pisanu Law for Stadium Security (Law 210 of 17/10/2005) it is compulsory to identify the ticket holder.
For this reason if supporters want to hand over their ticket they must promptly communicate all personal details of the new ticket holder.
The same procedure must be followed in case a person buys tickets to be then handed over and used to enter the Stadium by someone else.
These are the necesary documents to be shown:
- Identity Card of the delegate person
- Original or photocopy of the season ticket.
- Two copies of the Delegation Form
Our offices are open to receive delegations for tickets on Thursdays and Fridays from 3.00 to 7.00 p.m.; and on Sundays from 11.00 a.m to 2.00 p.m at the Stadium Ticket Offices.
