There is no letting up for the Udinese first-team squad even during the first international break of the new calendar year.
The players underwent fitness tests in the morning before technical and tactical work out on the pitch in the afternoon, combined with possession drills and small-sided games.
The first-team squad will be back in action for another double session on Thursday.
