Andrea Sottil’s men have been busy as they prepare for their first league match of the 2022/23 season again Milan on Saturday.
A double bill was in store for the Udinese players on Tuesday. In the morning session, they were split into two groups, alternating between tactical drills on the pitch and strength work in the gym.
In the afternoon, they were reunited again on the pitches at the Bruseschi.
