Luca Gotti set out what Udinese need to do to get a result against Venezia after picking up a point in their Serie A opener against Juventus.

“We know this is going to be a different match to last week and as such we must face it differently. We're going to need to put in a lot of running, tackling, strength, grit and determination – all those things which are key in matches like this.

“I don't know how the game will end today but it will be another step forward if we play this one with the same mentality we showed in our opening match.”

The boss was then asked about Nahuel Molina's development over the last year.

“I don't think you can describe Molina as a gamble that paid off – that's something you might say at the end of the process. The boy had a superb campaign last year. There were no big expectations when he joined, but he's gone from strength to strength. He finished last season on a high with Udinese and winning the Copa America. Success with Argentina brought him to the attention of the world. He has to keep believing in himself and his ability and he'll go a long way.”
