Three Udinese players will be involved with their national teams over the coming weeks.

After helping Argentina win the Copa America in July, Nahuel Molina will be back on Albiceleste duty for three 2022 World Cup qualifiers. The first is away to Venezuela on 2 September, then there's the big match against Brazil at home (5 September) and a trip to Bolivia (9 September).

Another player who had a successful summer with his national side is Jens Stryger Larsen. After reaching the semi-finals of Euro 2020, Denmark's first World Cup qualifying match sees them host Scotland on 1 September. That will be followed by a trip to the Faroe Islands (4 September) and another home game, against Israel (7 September).

Meanwhile Destiny Udogie has received his first call-up to the Italy U21 squad for two 2023 European U21 Championship qualifiers against Luxembourg (3 September, 17:30, Empoli) and Montenegro (7 September, 17:30, Vicenza).
