Nahuel Molina was a happy man after netting a screamer in Udinese's 3-1 Coppa Italia triumph against Ascoli – the goal coming on top of what has been an excellent period for the Argentine personally.
“It was very important for us to win this first match to get our confidence up,” the 23-year-old began. “I thought we dominated the game today, especially after the break.
“I'm delighted about all the good things that have happened to me in the last few months – winning the Copa America, signing a new contract with Udinese and now the manner of this win tonight.
“This victory is for our fans too because they couldn't come to the stadium last season and they're so important for us.”
