Ignacio Pussetto shared his musings with Udinese TV. Read below what he had to say for himself:

“I was back playing competitively in August after six months on the sidelines, and now it’s been nine months since my knee operation. I still get the odd bit of pain now and again, but overall I feel better. I try to work hard every day to improve.

“The coach experimenting a bit, but I feel good playing both as a main striker and as a winger. I prefer to play closer to the touchline, because I feel I can do more damage when I’ve got space to run into and I can take on the opposition’s full-back.

“Atalanta are a very physical team, it’ll be tough going on Sunday at their place. It remains to be seen what Gian Piero Gasperini will do in terms of squad rotation after the Champions League match against Manchester United, but in any case we’re keen to bring home some points.

“In recent games, especially in the ones against Fiorentina and Bologna, we started out sluggishly but improved after the break. We’ve got to get out of the blocks better and play as we do in the second half from the get-go, we can’t afford to just give away points like that.”
