Jens Stryger Larsen is a Euro 2020 semi-finalist after his Denmark side defeated the Czech Republic 2-1 in the quarter-final in Baku on Saturday afternoon.
Stryger Larsen started the game and provided the assist for Thomas Delaney to give Denmark the lead from a corner after just five minutes. Kasper Dolberg doubled the Danes’ advantage three minutes before the break, and although Patrick Schick pulled one back for the Czech Republic early in the second half, Denmark hung on to reach their first European Championship semi-final in 29 years.
