Udinese Ladies Lunch, a welcome event for the wives and partners of Udinese players, is back. The event is held every year in the Club House at Bluenergy Stadium.
The occasion serves as a great opportunity for team-building – a key part of Udinese’s DNA – featuring players’ families, in this case their partners.
Before lunch the Udinese players’ partners were welcomed by Magda Pozzo, who was the host of the event. She outlined Udinese's founding principles, such as sustainability, inclusion and utmost attention to player and family welfare. These values are also shared by Udinese's supporters, who help the players in their daily lives to create a sense of belonging and family.
Alessandro Portolan, Scientific Knowledge Director at Unifarco, also spoke at the event as part of a presentation titled "The Science of Living Well: Longevity and Lifestyle," offering insights into wellbeing and quality of life.
"As a club, we care about the wellbeing of our players and their families," stated Magda Pozzo. "The Ladies Lunch, a well-established event, aims to welcome the players’ wives and partners and make them feel at home, building strong bonds off the pitch. It's an important day because in addition to enjoying the chance to spend time together we want the players’ partners to take away concrete messages as well as useful, positive experiences."
