PROJECT FOR PROTECTING MINORS AND SAFEGUARDING
This project, initiated by FIGC’s Youth and School Sector and in compliance with both legal and federation regulations, aligns with the European path established by UEFA in collaboration with Terre des Hommes. By adhering to safeguarding principles and abuse prevention measures, the project aims to ensure a consistent commitment to strengthening the protection of children and young people in sport, particularly in football, while fostering a sustainable and respectful mindset among athletes, members, collaborators and stakeholders.
The www.figc-tutelaminori.it website serves as the main reference portal, offering resources for further exploration and training. Additionally, reference is made to Legislative Decree No. 39/21.
Udinese Calcio has participated in the project since 2022/2023 to reaffirm and enhance its commitment to ensuring that football is a safe, positive and enjoyable experience for all children and young people involved, regardless of their age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, social background, religion or level of ability or disability. To achieve this goal, the following tools have been implemented:
