Udinese eSports unveil new 2022/23 shirt in Milan alongside D-Link and BenQ

MILAN, 27 October 2022 – Udinese Esports are delighted to announce that they will be continuing their strategic partnerships with two leading companies in the world of digital technology for a third consecutive season.  D-Link, the main jersey sponsor and a market leader in networking and connectivity technologies, along with BenQ, back jersey sponsor and renowned business in the field of image display technologies, will once again join forces with the Udinese Calcio eSports Team for official events and tournaments, bringing together the cutting-edge performances provided by the fast connection of D-Link's EAGLE PRO AI routers and the immersive perspective offered by BenQ Mobiuz gaming monitors.

In what is a further example of the solid collaboration and excellent partnership established between the brands, Udinese Esports, D-Link and BenQ have organised today’s annual season inauguration event at the Webidoo Store in Milan. What’s more, the Udinese Team jersey will be unveiled as part of proceedings, all clear proof of the huge impact eSports are having in Italy.
 
The Udinese Esports project is part of the club’s core objective of fostering a thriving eSports community. This involves making the most of Dacia Arena’s potential as well as an in-house management system which seeks out talented gamers through the eAcademy, an Esports academy which provides support to gamers and the conditions to reach the highest levels of sports competitions. These fundamental features of the project allow Udinese to host events and tournaments, including at a nationwide level, in the D-Link Gaming Room.
 
This season the Team will also participate in the third edition of the eSerie A TIM 2023, comprising of a series of matches played live on-site, as well as providing a space for the best amateur talents to be given an opportunity to become pro players through the "Udinese eSports OPEN FINALS 22" tournament, which will be held in December at Dacia Arena.

During the event, Alberto Elia announced that the presentation of the eSerie A TIM 2023 will be held on Thursday 10 November at the D-Link Gaming Room of the Dacia Arena in Udine, with Udinese once again involved in a prestigious event in the eSports world.
