Udine, Italy, 15 November 2025 – Udinese’s business model remains successful and virtuous.
The Shareholders’ Meeting approved the financial statements for the year ended 30 June, 2025 of Udinese Calcio, which recorded an exceptional result for the period, namely a profit of € 2.9 million.
This result is extremely important and is the consequence of the club’s excellent financial position, with very few other clubs in Europe in a similar situation.
The club remains financially sound, as shown by the positive results of the financial year pertaining to the 2024/25 season and beyond.
The club’s net worth stands at € 115 million, which is further proof of Udinese Calcio’s financial stability. Its production value has also grown significantly, up from last year's 120 million to over 141 million this financial year, a clear sign that Udinese can generate constant value.
The revenue streams related to player trading activities have grown compared with the past financial statements and generated a € 72 million surplus, compared to the 37 million of one year ago. This shows that the club has adopted a sustainable model and can work successfully in the market, investing in its scouting department and thus securing the ideal balance between a virtuous governance style and sporting results, which have enabled Udinese to play in Serie A for the 31st season in a row this year, at the end of a smooth season.
Moreover, the potential value of its roster remains significant and is growing. It is worth an impressive € 244 million, mostly thanks to the squad’s young talents who constitute a sound foundation for the seasons to come.
The club’s Net Financial Position is also steadily diminishing, as it went down to 58 million and confirmed the trend of constant decrease witnessed in recent years, also compared with the 69 million in the previous financial year. Udinese is also still considered one of the most reliable clubs among stakeholders.
Its EBITDA is also positive and growing significantly. It has reached 62.8 million compared to the 50 million of the previous financial statements. The club’s EBITDA confirms the fact that Udinese Calcio is a business model benchmark in terms of profit generation.
The consistency and soundness of its financial results also stem from the continuation of Udinese’s strategic partnerships with Promoturismo FVG, Banca 360 and Bluenergy, which retains the naming rights to Bluenergy Stadium, which is being increasingly acknowledged as one of the leading Italian models for sustainable and multi-purpose facilities.
Bluenergy Stadium remains a crucial asset for Udinese that can generate revenue streams worth € 9 million through the revenue streams related to matchday revenue, hospitality and events.
The overall situation is therefore completely positive and confirms the club’s strong prospects for the future.
