First competition of the season, first trophy win. Udinese Esports returned from Milan with the EA SPORTS FC eSupercup trophy, after winning the first competition of the new season of virtual tournaments organised by Lega Calcio Serie A in collaboration with Infront Italy.
Gabriel Antonini led the Udinese Calcio esports team to victory, after making his return to the club after a two-year absence. It was a knockout tournament and our player beat the following teams: first Como Gaming Club (5-4), then AS Roma Esports (2-1), Bologna Esports (1-4) and won the final against Cagliari Esports 5-3.
