Udinese U-16 goalkeeper Rene Pirih is back in Udine after clocking 150 minutes and gaining valuable experience with his U-17 Slovenian national team in their European qualifiers.
Pirih played for the first 60 minutes of the first match, which ended with his team winning 1-2 against Wales. He then played the full 90 minutes in the match against Portugal, which his team lost 2-4. The only game he did not play in was the one against Liechtenstein, which ended in a 0-5 win.
Following these results, Slovenia advances to the next stage of the U-17 European Championship qualification campaign.
