After Udinese's 3-3 draw with Mainz in Mittersill on Saturday, Keinan Davis – who scored twice – and assistant coach Przemyslaw Malecki spoke to the media.

Here's what they had to say:

DAVIS

“It was a good game and it was good to see the fans. It's a shame about the goals we conceded but overall you could see the improvements compared to our other games. Bundesliga teams aren't easy to play against.

“As a striker, it's always nice to score. The first goal was instinctive and the second – the backheel – was instinctive too. I always try to do my best and it's a good feeling. I do feel really good. This was my third game and I'm can see my fitness improving.

“I played with Nicolo [Zaniolo] and [Jurgen] Ekkelenkamp a lot last year so we know each other's movements. We did very well together in the first half today.”

MALECKI

“We were expecting a tough opponent because Mainz play at a high tempo in the Bundesliga. We did well in the first half today. We were winning 3-1 and we had chances to score at least a couple more goals. We conceded some goals we shouldn't have and we're fully aware of that. We know there's work to do but we're pleased.

“We did some good things today, especially going forward. We got around their pressing and created opportunities in an organised fashion. That's very positive but now we need to focus on the defensive side because we let in more than two goals. We have time to work on that.”
