Udinese have bolstered their ranks ahead of the 2022/23 season, bringing in defender Axel Gussand. The Frenchman has signed a three year contract with the club.
Guessand was born in Schiltigheim on 6 November 2004. Playing at the back and known for his physical presence as well as being talented on the ball, Guessand came through the Nancy academy and made his debut with the French team last season, featuring twice in Ligue 2.
He's also played twice for the France U18 national side.
