Two Udinese players took part in the Group H Euro 2024 qualifying match between Slovenia and Denmark. Jaka Bijol played the full 90 minutes, turning in yet another solid defensive display, which unfortunately did not prevent the Slovenians from losing 2-1. Nor could Sandi Lovric come off the bench after 73 minutes to help salvage something for the visitors, despite some good initiatives in build-up play.
Meanwhile Hassane Kamara made an appearance in Ivory Coast's bumper 9-0 win over the Seychelles in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. The wide man came on in the 78th minute and with his speed helped the Ivorians to three goals in the last 10 minutes of the match.
