Jesper Karlstrom sat down with the gathered media for a press conference after Udinese's success in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Cup.
This is what our captain had to say:
“The most important thing was showing we're going to be ready for the Coppa Italia in a week's time. We're happy with how we played today.
“It was a friendly tournament but it always feels good to win and we always play to win. We saw a good Udinese tonight.
“The formation doesn't make much difference to me. When we play 3-5-2, [Nicolo] Zaniolo often drops deep so it's not very different to 3-4-2-1. It's a bit different for me in a two-man midfield but not that much.
“It's important to have squad depth with good players to cover any situation. The coach is pleased with tonight's display. We all played well.”
