Kosta Runjaic opted for the glass half-full approach after Udinese left the Stadio Zini with a point on Monday evening.
“We didn't have a great game but it was a solid display,” he explained following the 1-1 draw. “It was a difficult match. I think we got back into it well after falling behind. Cremonese are an experienced team.
“At the end of the day it's an important point. I'm not completely happy but a draw away from home is a decent result.
“[Nicolo] Zaniolo is working hard and getting better by the week. He's going to be a very important player for us. We didn't create that many chances today but it's important for our forwards to be getting into the right positions. He needs a bit of time, as do [Vakoun] Bayo and [Adam] Buksa, who have only just joined.”
