Andrea Sottil has underlined the importance of maintaining absolute concentration during Saturday's visit to Lecce

“Lecce are a highly organised team,” the said on the eve of Udinese's trip south. “They're fast and we'll be playing in a fiery atmosphere, so we must make sure that from the moment we get off the bus we are 100% focused. It's part of our identity, of my football philosophy. We need mental focus, concentration, clarity of mind. Then we must try to hit Lecce where we think they can be hurt.”

Sottil hopes his side can build on an impressive 3-0 victory over Cremonese last time out, which seems to have put a bounce in their step.

“Victory over Cremonese was no foregone conclusion. I've said it before but it's what I really think.
There are no easy games in Serie A.

“I'm always happy when we train at match tempo, with our game mentality and intensity. The last few days of training have gone really well. Obviously when you win and play well it's the best confidence boost there is so it's been a good week. We know it's going to be another tough match but we've prepared well for it.

The boss them commented on Isaac Success's thigh injury soon and subsequent substitution soon after ending his goal drought last weekend.

“I'm really sad for him because he's a smashing lad and an important player for us. We're all really sorry for him having been so happy after he scored. However, we have to deal with what's happened – it's all part of the game. I hope he can recover quickly.”
