Udinese’s flanks now have a great, reliable new player: Alessandro Zanoli has joined the Bianconeri.
Udinese Calcio secured the player after outperforming a lot of competition from both Italian and international clubs.
Zanoli has joined the team on loan with an obligation to buy.
Though young, he has already gained extensive experience in Serie A: he offers attacking flair, pace and technical quality, as well as tactical discipline. These are all attributes that make him the best Italian right-back in a five back, but he can also be a great asset in a four-man defence.
While at Napoli he played in the Champions League and Europa League; he has also collected a total of 87 appearances in Serie A with Napoli, Sampdoria, Salernitana and Genoa. He is going to wear the number 59 shirt.
