A thrilling game at the Stadio Vigorito saw Udinese score four goals and claim three points, with lots of other positives for Luca Gotti to take away.

Juan Musso made his 100th appearance for the club and after the penalty incident produced at least three big saves.

It was a day of firsts for Nahuel Molina and Jayden Jezairo Braaf as both players broke their Serie A ducks.

And there were Argentinian assists once again: two for Roberto Pereyra – who also hit the post – and two for Rodrigo De Paul. Both players now have eight assists each this term.

The captain was at the heart of things once more: he had 5% of ball possession and 61 touches, completing 33 of his 38 passes (87%), with two key passes, two successful dribbles and 100% of tackles won.

The only player with a better pass completion rate was Kevin Bonifazi (88%).

Meanwhile Bram Nuytinck was a towering presence at the back, making 17 defensive recoveries (four more than Becao, who had the second most), 10 clearances and winning 100% of his duels (3/3 in the air and 4/4 on the ground).

Above and beyond the statistics, there was plenty of good football on display and above all the victory takes Udinese on to 39 points, just one step away from our target for the season.
