NEW UDINESE CALCIO HOME KIT: TRADITIONAL BLACK AND WHITE WITH STYLISH PINSTRIPE

Home Kit 2021-22

Udine, 12 August 2021 – A month on from the launch of the new Away kit, Udinese Calcio and Macron, the Hero company, are proud to reveal the new Udinese Home kit for matches at Dacia Arena. The Home jersey, besides displaying the club's colours and symbols, champions environmental sustainability and awareness by using Eco-Softlock, a material created using recycled plastic and certified according to the Global Recycled Standard, the leading international standard for the sustainable production of clothing and other textile products.

The 2021/22 Home shirt features the traditional black-and-white vertical stripes with the addition of a stylish tone-on-tone sublimation print pinstripe. Inside the back of the black poloneck collar is the club's logo with the words “125 ANNI DI PASSIONE” (125 YEARS OF PASSION). On the outside of the collar the lettering La Passione è la nostra Forza (Passion is our Strength) is embroidered. The back of the shirt features a black square with the name and number of the player – a nod to the classic jerseys of the 1970s and '80s.

The new Home jersey also features the new Dacia Logo, which instantly inspires strength and stability – underlining the bond between Dacia and Udinese Calcio after more than ten years of solid partnership.

On the right of the chest is a silicon Macron Hero, while on the left, close to the heart, is the club crest.

The main material used for these slim-fit jerseys is Eco-Softlock, while Eco Mesh inserts ensure maximum breathability.

The white shorts come with a white drawstring and a black strip around the thigh. The socks are white with a black strip at the top and two thinner black lines just beneath it. Near the ankle is the Macron hero, with “U.C. 1896” on the back.

The new kit – like all other items in the Macron collection for Udinese Calcio – is available for pre-order at the Macron Store at Dacia Arena, Macron Stores, authorised Macron retailers, and online at store.udinese.it and macron.com.

The close working relationship between Macron and Udinese Calcio has generated some truly unique match kits, combining stunning designs with sophisticated graphics featuring references to Udinese history and folklore. The commitment of both parties to green principles also sends out a strong message in terms of environmental protection.
