Udinese Calcio informs and reassures supporters and former season-ticket holders that the TicketOne booking system to register for a 2021/22 season ticket with first option on the seat purchased using the 2019/20 membership card will be working on Wednesday.

Due to an outage on the TicketOne platform linked to a problem that is neither attributed to or controllable by Udinese Calcio, our fans were unable to purchase season tickets on Tuesday.

The system will be fully operational once again from 12:00 on Wednesday 27 October.

“We’re really disappointed about the problems experienced today relating to the purchase of season tickets reserved for 2019/20 season-ticket holders and the suspension of sales, which we take full responsibility for,” explained TicketOne’s commercial director Amedeo Bardelli. “Unfortunately, the procedure that should’ve extended all the membership cards that expired on 31 December 2021 didn’t go to plan in the time frame that we’d set.

“The technical problems that we experienced concern purchases made by holders of these membership cards. The situation will be resolved by tomorrow and all former season-ticket holders in possession of a Udinese Passion loyalty card will be able to access the early booking period as expected.

“I hope the Udinese supporters understand that IT systems can sometimes create these problems, but we also have to do a better job of avoiding them. TicketOne apologises for any inconvenience caused.”

Udinese Calcio has made every effort to protect fans and season-ticket holders from this problem that is beyond the club’s club control by urging a prompt solution.
