The Stadio Chittolina will play host a commemorative match on Thursday 8 December at 11:00 CET between Udinese Primavera and Vado, the winners of the first-ever Coppa Italia, and currently languishing in Group A of Serie D. Entry is free.

The first Coppa Italia was held 100 years ago by the FIGC, with Vado emerging victorious by a solitary goal over Udinese in the final.

“Despite the logistical and operational difficulties, we’d like to thank Udinese for wanting to get involved and celebrate this special birthday,” explained Giulio Ivaldi, the vice-president of the National Amateur League (LND) and head of the Ligurian FIGC-LND Committee.

The match will be shown on Udinese TV and www.udinesetv.it.
