Enzo Ebosse made his first-ever World Cup appearance in Cameroon's 1-0 win over Brazil on Friday.
The Udinese defender, who only got his Cameroon debut in November this year, played the full 90 minutes of the final Group G fixture, which was settled by Vincent Aboubakar's stoppage-time winner.
Despite victory over the five-time world champions, Cameroon were not able to qualify for the knockout stage as Switzerland beat Serbia in the other game.
