Udinese technical director Gokhan Inler spoke to the media in the build-up to Monday's match against Hellas Verona at Bluenergy Stadium.
Here's what he had to say:
“It's important to get off to a good start, although it's not really the start – we've had pre-season and our Coppa Italia match. Today's the start of Serie A and we must be ready to put in another big performance.
“We expect a lot from [Keinan] Davis and we're doing a lot of work with him. Today he has another chance to show what he can do and he needs our support. It's a big game for everyone. We're ready to prove ourselves.
“[Adam] Buksa's move is not official as he hasn't signed yet. We're still looking at several other players as the transfer window is still open. Today the only thing that matters is the game. Everything else comes afterwards.”
