Kosta Runjaic expressed his satisfaction after Udinese put in a convincing display to beat Qatar 3-0 in Saturday's friendly match.
“I'm happy with this game,” the coach declared after the final whistle in Mittersill.
“Every test is important at this stage of the season. The opposition wasn't so strong today but they still had some excellent players. We scored some good goals and did well not to concede.
“In pre-season it's more about making progress than getting results, but winning is good for morale.
“It's my second season here and we have to keep focusing on our day-to-day work and hone the small details. I'm concentrating on that and on communication with the team. Everything else will come as a result.”
