Oumar Solet spoke at the post-match press conference following the game against Verona.
“We didn't play the way we expected to today. We tried to keep the ball more but we weren't able to create much in attack. We're disappointed. Now we must move on and try to create more chances in the next game. That's all that was lacking today.
“I'm happy to be here in Udine and I try to give my all. I want to maintain my form and keep playing like this.
“We lost today but we mustn't forget our last few games. We're on the right track. We must keep going.
“Thauvin is our captain and he's an important player. He wasn't available today but that happens in football. We have to be able to do well without him. We all tried to do our best today but things didn't go our way. We weren't able to carve out openings and that's something for us to work on.”
