Sottil seeks reaction after Torino defat

The coach gave his thoughts after the loss

Andrea Sottil looked to adopt a positive take after watching his side's undefeated league run – extending back to August – come to an end against Torino on Sunday.

"We created many chances, but [Vanja] Milinković-Savić was very reactive. We lacked a bit of concentration on the first goal," the coach said after the game.

"I saw little of Torino in the second half. We could have gone ahead through [Gerard] Deulofeu. They are a team that attacks high, but today they sat back and waited for us. I have nothing to criticise my players for. Matches are decided by episodes and today we lacked a bit of luck."

"I'd only have regrets if I saw a lack of liveliness from the team," he added. "We have to react and move on."

"Whoever wins is proved right but this setback must not bring us down. When the fans applaud at the end of the match it means that they are praising the performance and that we saw a team giving everything on the pitch."
