Following Udinese’s away win over Monza their goalscoring hero Beto spoke to Udinese TV:
“It's great to be back starting games for the team and helping the lads out with a goal. While the goal is great the best thing is the three points because we were keen to get a victory as we were in need of one.
“We prepared really well for the game and these three points are really important to us because we're now in a winning groove. We're all happy but not resting on our laurels because we've got a tough game at home next Wednesday against Fiorentina.
“In recent months I was forced to stick to being in the box due to my injury but I felt great out there on the pitch, although a bit fatigued which is to be expected. I'm happy to have done well, got 70 minutes of action and helped the team with a goal. I'm delighted but I want to keep improving and feel in even better shape. I'm going to work hard so that I'm at 120%.”
