The sixth meeting between Frosinone and Udinese in Serie A history is fast approaching.  In the five previous games between the two sides, Udinese have come away with two wins, two draws and one defeat. After the win against Lecce, the Zebrette could achieve two away wins in a row for the first time since the period between August and October 2022.

The two sides have some of the youngest teams in Serie A, with the Canaries having the lowest average age of used players, including subs, this season: 24 years and 247 days. Udinese has the fourth lowest with an average age of 26 years and 28 days.

Lazar Samardzic has scored in his past two games and is yet to score in three consecutive matches in Serie A. The last Udinese midfielder to achieve this was Rodrigo De Paul between December 2019 and January 2020.

Only one ex-Udinese player sits within the Frosinone ranks. Kevin Bonifazi made 30 league appearances for Udinese in the 2020/21 season.

This will be the first time Eusebio Di Francesco and Fabio Cannavaro face each other as coaches, despite having competed against each other 11 times as players. On the pitch the scales are tipped in favour of the Udinese coach, who came away with four wins, five draws, and just two defeats.
