Udinese v Bologna, Pereyra: "Something's lacking – right time for a training camp"

The captain shared his thoughts after the loss

"There's something we're lacking currently, which wasn't the case previously," Roberto Pereyra said in the aftermath of the team's defeat to Bologna.

"We need to keep working hard as it's the only way to get out of this rut. We need to keep our heads down and keep pushing."

He added: "We'll definitely have a week to talk about things. We've decided to have a training camp. We'll be able to come together, take a look at ourselves, and rediscover what it is we've lost."

Commenting on Sunday's match against Sampdoria, the captain said: "It's like a cup final for us. We need to approach it as such."

"It's not a terrible situation," he added. "We weren't the best before and we're not awful now. We must regain confidence in our ability. The training camp will certainly do us good.

"I also want to thank the fans for what they did yesterday and for their continued support at the stadium today."
