Udine, 10 April 2025 – A special event on raising awareness about waste separation was held at E. F. Bellavitis middle school in Udine on Thursday. It was organised in collaboration with Net Spa as part of the Net Education Scuola project. The children got to learn about the importance of looking after the environment through games, interactive activities and personal stories.
There was a lot of excitement in the air as Jordan Zemura and Keinan Davis also attended the event to endorse the initiative: they explained how to look after the environment and said what each of us can do to create a cleaner, more sustainable world.
During the day, the children took part in workshops, discussions and fun, environmentally friendly challenges. Through these activities they learned to tell the difference between the various types of waste and understood how important recycling is to safeguard the planet.
The initiative was a great formative experience, as it helped the participants develop greater environmental awareness and internalise environmentally friendly practices as everyday habits.
