UDINE, 25 July 2022 – Udinese Calcio and club partner Macron are pleased to present the team’s new Away Shirt, which the side will proudly don over the coming season. The shirt features an embossed design which enhances the geometric patterns and textured effect that give the garment its stylish look. Like every Udinese Calcio shirt, the new away kit carries forward the club’s commitment to protecting the environment and planet. The eco-friendly, green attitude shared by both Udinese and Macron has led them to produce Eco-Fabric matchday kits made of 100% PET recycled polyester. These shared values are now firmly entrenched in both club and partner, extending well beyond the football pitch.
The new Away Shirt is yellow, with black detailing around the V-neck collar, on the shoulders and sleeve edges. The back inside edge of the collar is adorned with the Udinese Calcio logo and the phrase I PRIMI BIANCONERI D’ITALIA (‘Italy’s original Bianconeri’), while the outside edge features another club motto, La Passione è la nostra Forza(‘Passion is our Strength’). Two badges are placed on the chest area, with the Macron Hero logo in black on the right and the Udinese Calcio crest on the left, close to the heart. What makes this shirt stand out in terms of design and style is the embossed geometric pattern on both the front and back of the shirt, offering a unique optical effect and textured look.
The away kit is finished off with yellow shorts and socks. The shorts offer a white drawstring and black side stripes, while the socks feature two central stripes (one white and one black) of differing widths, Macron Hero on the ankle and U.C.1896 on the back. The kit comes in a Slim Fit, made principally of Eco-Softlock fabric with Eco Mesh inserts to offer lightweight, breathable material.
